How to Set Up Your Inbox Site

Claim your newsroom's invitation, confirm your site's details and branding, and configure email sending. This is everything a pilot newsroom does to build its community pipeline: a branded Inbox site that gives businesses, PR reps, and the public one clear way to reach your newsroom.

The Inbox site onboarding experience is being finalized with our pilot newsrooms, and this guide will be completed alongside it. It will cover:

  • Claiming the invitation link Plucky staff send you
  • Confirming your site's name, branding, and landing page content
  • Setting up email sending from your own address
  • Configuring how submissions to your site are reviewed
